Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: To respect our instructors’ time and ensure availability for all students, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson time. Cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a $50 fee, which helps ensure our instructors are fairly compensated for their time and preparation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for supporting a respectful and professional learning environment. Service Area Policy: To ensure the best possible service and efficient scheduling for all clients, our instructors operate within designated service areas. If a lesson is booked at a location outside of an instructor's service area, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. We appreciate your understanding and recommend contacting us in advance if you are unsure whether your location falls within our coverage zone. Free Retest Preparation Lesson Policy (Under 18): At Drive Smart Academy, we are committed to supporting young drivers on their journey to success. As part of our commitment, we offer the following policy: Eligibility: Customers under the age of 18 who book and complete a minimum of three (3) driving lessons with us will qualify for one (1) complimentary lesson in the event they do not pass their initial driving test. Terms and Conditions: This policy applies only to students under the age of 18 at the time of booking. All three qualifying lessons must be completed prior to the scheduled driving test. Proof of a failed test must be provided (e.g., test result form). The complimentary lesson must be scheduled within 30 days of the failed test. This offer is valid for one free lesson per student and is intended to help prepare for the second test attempt. This policy is non-transferable and has no cash value. We believe in second chances and want to help our students feel confident and ready for success on the road!
